Research reports

The research reports in this section are limited to the research directly commissioned by the Wet Tropics Management Authority, which provided all or part of the funding.

The research was undertaken through the Rainforest Cooperative Research Centre and the Marine and Tropical Scientific Research Facility (see research organisations).

The reports cover a broad range of important management issues such as weeds, feral animals, diseases, climate change, impacts of roads, tourism, community attitudes and visitor surveys.

You can peruse the different research categories under research reports on the navigation bar on the left.

For a more comprehensive list of research reports undertaken through Australian Government funding programs you can visit the Rainforest CRC reports page and the Reef and Rainforest Research Centre publications page.

You can also see a range of research reports on the State of Wet Tropics page and in the publications for community and landholders
